Buyers hit the beach

A BROADBEACH apartment project has recorded $13 million sales in one week.
The Beach Apartments complex will have 219 one and two-bedroom apartments across 25 levels.

360 Project marketing agent Peter Malady said the joint Anthony Moreton Group and Pryde Group project would be built on the site of the existing Beach Hotel on the Gold Coast Highway.

“We have received strong interest from buyers looking for a lock and leave … where you are surrounded by an array of restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping centres,” Mr Malady said.

Complex features will include an outdoor pool, barbecue, Zen garden and gym.

Construction will start this year and settlement is expected to be in early 2017.

Prices start from $330,000.
